STILL CARRYING PRESSURE YOU CAN'T TURN OFF?
Private, structured counseling for Christian men dealing with anxiety, leadership stress, and the quiet weight of responsibility - led by Pastor and Air Force Chaplain Colt Waagner.
YOU THOUGHT YOU'D FEEL MORE IN CONTROL BY NOW
You’ve worked hard to build a life that looks stable. So why does it still feel unstable inside?
Reduce anxiety with practical, faith-rooted tools.
Make decisions from clarity instead of pressure.

From the outside, things are good.
You’re working hard.
Providing for your family.
Taking your faith seriously.
Carrying responsibility others depend on.
But internally, something feels heavier than it should.
Maybe it looks like:
• Your mind never fully shuts off
• Stress follows you home even on good days
• Conversations with your spouse feel tense or disconnected
• You keep thinking, “Why does this still feel this hard?”
This isn't a character flaw.
And it isn't spiritual failure.
But white-knuckling your way through life isn’t working anymore.
You’ve already tried discipline.
You’ve already tried praying harder.
You’ve already tried pushing through on your own.
If that was going to solve it, it would have by now.
How many more years do you want to lose?
Lead your home without constant tension or withdrawal.
WHAT COULD CHANGE?
If you do the work, here’s what becomes possible.
WHAT YOUR LIFE COULD LOOK LIKE:
• Falling asleep without replaying work conversations or decisions
• Being mentally present at dinner instead of distracted or tense
• Walking into work without yesterday’s pressure already in your chest
• Making leadership decisions without second-guessing yourself all night
• Responding calmly when something goes wrong instead of snapping
• Experiencing your faith as stabilizing — not something you feel behind in
This isn't just motivation or self help garbage.
It's structured, intentional work that produces real change.
MEET YOUR GUIDE
Hi, I’m Colt.
I’m an Air Force Chaplain and faith-based coach who works specifically with Christian men carrying high levels of responsibility and pressure. I’m also the host of the Faith-Based Mental Health podcast and a published author focused on integrating Christian faith and psychological insight.
For years, I’ve helped men who look steady on the outside but feel overloaded internally.
My work integrates:
• Biblical conviction without spiritual guilt
• Clinically informed anxiety strategies
• Clear, structured decision frameworks
• Direct, honest accountability
For more than ten years, I’ve led in high-responsibility roles — as a pastor and as an Air Force officer.
I know what it feels like to carry pressure that follows you home.
And I believe strength includes knowing when to change your approach.
You don’t have to keep carrying this alone.

COMMON QUESTIONS:
1. Is this therapy?
No. This is structured, Scripture-based coaching informed by clinical psychology.
If you are in crisis or need diagnosis or treatment, I will help you find the right licensed provider.
2. Do you take insurance?
No. Coaching is not covered by insurance, and I do not bill insurance providers.
Many of the men I work with prefer the privacy, flexibility, and direct focus that comes without insurance involvement.
3. Is this confidential?
Yes. What we discuss stays between us, with standard legal exceptions for safety.
Discretion matters — especially for men in leadership — and I treat it that way.
4. What if I’m not sure this will help?
That’s exactly why we start with a free 15-minute call.
We determine if this is the right fit before you commit to anything.
If you’re ready for clarity, structure, and real progress, the next step is simple.
